2026–2027 Competition Audition Choreography

These videos contain the choreography taught during JSA's Competition Choreography Learning Night and is intended to help dancers prepare for auditions for the 2026–2027 competition season.

Dancers who attended Choreography Learning Night have already paid for access to this material and may download the videos at no additional cost.

For dancers who were unable to attend, a $10 purchase provides access to the choreography videos so they may independently learn, practice, and prepare for auditions.

Please note that this choreography is used for Mini Team, Junior Team, Teen Team, Senior Team, as well as Select Lyrical, Select Contemporary, and Select Musical Theatre auditions. Final team placement is determined through the audition process and is not based solely on age.

Optional Practice Opportunities

JSA studios will be available for independent practice prior to auditions:

Thursday, June 4

3:00 PM–7:00 PM

Friday, June 5
10:00 AM–5:30 PM

Dancers are welcome to use available studio space to practice audition material. Please buzz to enter the building upon arrival.

Please note:

• No coaches or instructors will be available during these practice times.
• A staff member will be present to provide building access.
• Dancers and families utilize the studios at their own risk.
• Independent practice should be conducted safely and respectfully.

Audition Options

Dancers are encouraged to attend the in-person audition on June 6, 2026 (schedule can be found at jacksonarts.org/competition). However, if a dancer is unable to attend their scheduled audition time, they may submit a video audition for consideration.

• Be submitted for each team or piece the dancer would like to be considered for
• Be emailed to amanda@jacksonarts.org
• Be received no later than June 17, 2026

Team placements and select piece placements associated with these auditions will be announced on June 22, 2026.
